Reverence for All

I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found,
was really going in.

Reverence honors life – all life, including the earth itself – from the heart.

The Joy of Reverence Video

Reverence must be nurtured by consciously connecting with the web of life that surrounds us. This can be a challenge amid all the distractions of modern life, so we need to actually STOP for at least a few minutes every day and practice being consciously reverent.

STOP

You first want to create a:

Sacred (or Silent)
Time
Of
Peace (or Prayer) to open your heart

Then you want to:

Spend
Time
Out
Peacefully (or Prayerfully, or Purposefully) to nurture reverence

Spending time meditating outdoors with nature is ideal whenever you can do that. And/or put yourself into one or more of our meditation videos in our Meditation Room. Relax, let go, and let your heart swell with awe.

Buy a gratitude journal, download it, and start using it every day, preferably several times a day.
It will change your life!
