Oneness helps us see our place in the web of life, an idea more and more people are embracing. To whatever extent you embrace Oneness, you bring forgiveness, love, and peace to your life and the world.
We encourage you to watch and follow this meditation every day. It is an exercise in expanding your circle of inclusion. There is no wrong way to do this meditation. You cannot fail.
If Oneness is a new concept for you, just follow the meditation as far as you can. If oneness is something you’ve already started to practice, then take that practice to a new level during this meditation. Play with it—try embracing your Oneness with someone or something you are not used to including in your practice.
