Forgiveness is capable of producing some of the most profound transformations you could ever hope for or imagine in your life and the lives of others.

Neale Donald Walsch
Author of the Conversations with God books

In fact, Forgiveness changes everything—seemingly overnight. That’s what’s so exciting about it. Forgiveness brings joy where there is sorrow, peace where there is turmoil, gladness where there is anger. And it truly gives you back to yourself.

In addition, Forgiveness frees us to live joyous, powerful, and satisfying lives.  Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. In fact, forgiveness is the greatest gift you can give yourself.Forgiveness comes in two forms:

  • Forgiveness of others

  • Forgiveness of ourselves

And each involves the other.
While the practices of Gratitude, Reverence for all, and Oneness will lead you into forgiveness when practiced daily over time, we all need to go through some forgiveness processes in the beginning in order to clear immediate anger and resentment from our lives. Doing so gives us the freedom, inner power, and joy to actually do the practices daily.
We have developed some very powerful and beautiful processes that support you in forgiving yourself and others.  Contact me if you would like to have this kind of support.

Read the book “The Forgiveness Habit, an Action Plan for Healing Ourselves and Our Planet”, to more fully understand these exercises and to learn much more about forgiveness.

Set yourself free. Forgive.

…At a certain point I realized that we were almost to the end of the process and I was tearfully in love with the person who "wronged" me and "caused me so much grief." There I was, peaceful, joyful, and free! The future that the forgiveness exercises gave me is very different from the future I had without forgiveness.

Valerie Andrew

I was able to heal a rift as old as I can remember, and one I thought could never be mended, because my sister passed away in 1994. Through the forgiveness processes I was able to heal those wounds and leave that pain behind. It is like breathing a deep, cleansing breath to be able to love my sister again. And as an added bonus, I am able to love myself again, too. What incredible freedom and joy! Thank you!
